Paul Foster came and checked our hvac unit and everything checked fine. We had purchased new filters which he installed for us as well! Excellent service and very friendly technician!! We have had nothing but excellent customer service with every thing we’ve done with Ted’s! Good Job guys!!!!

James was polite, attentive, easy to talk with, & explained everything really well. I felt confident that he was satisfied that my unit is functioning as it should. New update: Nathan came by today for annual plumbing maintenance. Very friendly and explained every part of the plan and what we found along the way. As with James, when Nathan called for the 30-minute warning, he asked if I needed any snacks or drinks. That's a nice unique way for Ted's HVAC to work with their customers.

Nathan is extremely professional & knowledgeable with plumbing. He checked everything that he was supposed to:in and under our home. Even tested our water. He came back with several plans on what should be upgraded and taken into serious consideration. We chose a plan and had the tank with bladder replaced. He had one in his truck. All plans were presented on an iPad and then emailed. There was no pressure sale to do anything. Plumbing is pricey, but in range of expectations. Nathan replaced the tank. The whole process beginning to end was 6 hours. It was a pleasure to work with him. The office is also very imformative and easy to work with. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Very professional! Highly recommend Grant and Levi, they were very friendly and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Will be requesting them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

Chris and Cameron were both great. They worked hard to get the install done efficiently and with as little disruption to my day as possible. That was greatly appreciated!

This is my final review for Ted's and I still rate it a five star company. My new hearing system was installed by Seth and Cam. It is working perfectly. They were two young men who proved to be incredibly professional, hardworking, and dedicated to doing an exceptional job. They knew the Diakin system very well and were able to explain things to me in detail. They worked for 12 straight hours without complaint. The next day Seth returned to make some final adjustments and do some fine tuning. I hope their employer knows what hard workers they are. So Ted's HVAC was a completely new company for me and ended up providing routine maintenance, recommending a new system, and installing it all within several days. I plan to continue with this company for a long time and believe that I can trust them to do their best for their customers. They have excellent employees.

Once again Nathan was great installed our new 40 gallon tanked hot water heater and overcame obstacles that he could not have anticipated, his work was very good, but his attitude, kindness, and willingness to explain and answer questions was even better. Jed Weiss
