Water Heater & Shut-Off Valve Check: We inspect and flush your water heater, check its performance, and examine the condition of your main water shut-off valve.
Drainage & Flow Assessment: We test drainage at sinks, sewers, and washing machines, and clear up to two slow drains during the visit.
Toilet & Fixture Inspection: We ensure toilets flush properly, provide complimentary toilet flappers, and check garbage disposal operation.
Visible Plumbing & Water Quality Review: We inspect visible pipes for leaks, test water quality, and examine accessible walls and ceilings for minor water stains.
System Extras & Safety Checks: We inspect laundry hoses, sink aerators, the sediment filter (if provided by the customer), water filtration systems (if applicable), and sump pump functionality (if present).

Refrigerant & Electrical Inspection: Our team checks refrigerant levels, electrical wiring, capacitors, disconnects, contactors, and relays for safe and proper operation.
Heating System Performance: We inspect the furnace, heat exchanger, flue pipe, and furnace operation (if applicable), replacing missing screws and inspecting motor bearings.
Cooling System Maintenance: We clean and wipe the outdoor unit, inspect the accessible indoor coil, and treat the condensate drain system to prevent blockages.
Air Quality & Thermostat Check: We perform an indoor air quality test, test thermostat operation, and inspect and replace the filter (if provided by the customer).

Outlet, GFCI & AFCI Testing: We test receptacles, including all GFCI and AFCI outlets, and inspect accessible wires throughout the home.
Surge & Circuit Protection: Our team checks the grounding system, inspects surge protectors, and tests for overloaded circuits.
Appliance & Lighting Check: We inspect appliances, drop cords, ceiling fans (up to 12 feet), and bulb sockets, as well as all outdoor lighting.
