Maintenance

Annual plumbing maintenance helps prevent leaks, backups, and water damage while improving system efficiency and extending the lifespan of your fixtures. Our thorough inspection covers your home's most critical plumbing components, ensuring everything flows as it should. As a Ted's Club member, you'll also receive helpful perks that support long-term reliability and peace of mind.
Water Heater & Shut-Off Valve Check
We inspect and flush your water heater, check its performance, and examine the condition of your main water shut-off valve.Drainage & Flow Assessment
We test drainage at sinks, sewers, and washing machines, and clear up to two slow drains during the visit.Toilet & Fixture Inspection
We ensure toilets flush properly, provide complimentary toilet flappers, and check garbage disposal operation.Visible Plumbing & Water Quality Review
We inspect visible pipes for leaks, test water quality, and examine accessible walls and ceilings for minor water stains.System Extras & Safety Checks
We inspect laundry hoses, sink aerators, the sediment filter (if provided by the customer), water filtration systems (if applicable), and sump pump functionality (if present).

System Function & Airflow Check
We inspect blower wheels, ductwork, and indoor coils, and test temperature differences across the system to ensure efficient airflow.Refrigerant & Electrical Inspection
Our team checks refrigerant levels, electrical wiring, capacitors, disconnects, contactors, and relays for safe and proper operation.Heating System Performance
We inspect the furnace, heat exchanger, flue pipe, and furnace operation (if applicable), replacing missing screws and inspecting motor bearings.Cooling System Maintenance
We rinse the outdoor coil, inspect the accessible indoor coil, and treat the condensate drain system to prevent blockages.Air Quality & Thermostat Check
We perform an indoor air quality test, test thermostat operation, and inspect and replace the filter (if provided by the customer).

If I could give 10 stars I would! I needed some extensive electrical work done and after looking over everything, they gave me an estimate and would get back to me re: dates/times. They contacted me that afternoon and scheduled the work for 2 days later. Elijah and Corey were very professional, kept us informed about what was going on, etc. The work was completed in a timely manner, but unfortunately the power company had their own agenda and didn't come out to turn the power back on until hours later. The guys stayed with us, giving us updates about calls they and their boss made to try and get a specific time. They were professional throughout and very patient. The next morning first thing, Elijah was back to label the breaker box and make sure everything was working correctly, as it was so late when they left the night before to do those things. I can't say enough good things about how the entire experience was. Highly recommend them!!

Kendall did an excellent and thorough job - he inspected all the electrical outlets we were having trouble with, and pro-actively examined other minor electrical issues and made sure everything is working well in the house. Kendall was professional, friendly, and honest. We are very happy with his service, and will use Ted’s Air, Plumbing, Electric for our future needs.

Eli was , is awesome! He came out as part of my check up for the electrical service and discovered that my front electrical outlet outside my townhouse was out. He was able to replace it on the spot is very helpful. He went the extra mile and caulked around it said debris would not get in it again.

New update: Omar came out for the HVAC system maintenance check and found no major issues. A very professional and friendly experience. The price listed in this review is for the annual maintenance package. Perhaps higher than average, but the work always seems great.
