Can’t say enough about this company. The service tech, Grant, came out to look at our well pump which had gone out. He called prior to coming out and to update the time he would actually arrive. He was extremely courteous, keep me in the loop and explained all the options (wasn’t trying to sell something that wasn’t needed and wasn’t pushy) and worked hard. He completed the work in a timely manner and went over the work that was done. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I definitely would recommend this company for all your service needs.
Had Justin out for my AC servicing and he was just as courteous, showed all the plans that were available with what my unit needed without pushing anything. Again, can’t say enough about this company.

We use Ted’s HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical all the time. Recently, we installed a new HVAC system. Jose came out and priced the new system. He was very knowledgeable and explained the options well. After selecting what we wanted, the team that installed the system was great! Thank you Corey, Seth, and Obed for helping us out and installing a great system. They were all very helpful and they kept us in the loop with everything that needed to be done. We recommend Ted’s for all of your HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work!

Christian came by to help fix an outlet that Ted’s had recently installed for an EV. He couldn’t have been nicer—knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout. He diagnosed the problem right away, fixed it quickly, and took the time to explain how to prevent the issue in the future. Great service all around.
