To say they were professional is an understatement. Very knowledgeable in what they do, made it easy for me to understand what could be done to make our home more efficient. Incredible experience with Ted’s (plumbing this time) and specifically Daniel. Thorough, knowledgeable, involved me on the walk through maintenance visit (plan by the way!), honest, and great overall demeanor. He taught me things about my own home and system that I was unaware of, and educated me on several factors that are important to having a long-lasting and “healthy” plumbing system. Can’t recommend Ted’s (and Daniel) enough!

The tech showed up as promised. The technician named Justin McGowan did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. He was very professional. He did a thorough inspection of the equipment and stated that all was running efficiently.
