Made a call to Ted's that morning when they opened, LJ the plumber called me back a few minutes later said he would be at my house in 20 minutes, which he did. He had to replace our well pump, bummer. He was very polite, knowledgeable, got the job done in a few hours and cleaned up. Great job and thank you for the quick response!

Today was my first experience with Ted's and it won't be my last for sure! Ted's took over the company I was using before, so I was willing to try them out. Nathan and Grant came out to do the annual plumbing inspection and flush the water heater, which is included as part of the monthly club service. They were very personable, knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. It was like a couple friends coming over on the weekend to help out!

Kendell came out and fixed the electrical down at boat house & dock,, he did a great job, very professional & explained everything to me and showed me boxes and why they needed replacing, very satisfied!! He did a great job!!

Corey and Obeb showed up here @ 10 this morning to install a new HVAC system, zone the house, and add new thermostats. They worked tirelessly and professionally all day long. Finally loaded up and left a little after 6 p.m. If the new system works as well as it was installed we should be comfortable for years to come. Thanks guys for a job well done.

José and Corey were great. José came out and did the initial diagnosis and took his time to explain and really find out what was wrong with the unit.
