Our water went out over the weekend. After leaving a message with their automated system, the weekend operator reached out so that we could get a tech out same day, which I greatly appreciated. Daniel, our technician, came to our house within 30 minutes of us requesting an emergency appointment. He was knowledgeable, explained everything up front, and had our water back on quickly. We really appreciated the level of care, transparency, and fantastic customer service we received!

Omar provided absolute five-star service today from Ted's Air, Plumbing, & Electric. He was incredibly thorough, kind, and patient, taking the time to explain the entire A/C process clearly. He did an outstanding job installing our new UV light and dust-prevention air filter. If you want high-quality, professional HVAC service, I highly recommend asking for Omar at Ted's!

Over the past month Ted’s has become family to us. We had a challenging and very frustrating situation with our electric company during our HVAC install and they went above and beyond to keep us comfortable during the wait. I hope I don’t miss anyone that helped during our install but I can’t thank them all enough for the professionalism and kindness shown to us. Shout out to Julio, David, Seth, Obed, James, Kail, Justin, Corey, Jake, Liam and Nathan. Shout out to Sarah for her professionalism in scheduling and communication during the process! I highly recommend them for all of your air, electrical and plumbing needs.

Our technician Carson was very professional and friendly. He showed me pictures and talked me through each one explaining the issues. Carson & David walked us through our different options and helped us make the right decision for our home. It was also great they that they had installers and available equipment ready to go!

Our tankless water heater was intermittently displaying a fault code causing it to stop heating. Levi Strader from Ted's was able to diagnose and replace a faulty gas regulator. Levi was very professional and courteous. He kept of informed of everything he was doing to diagnose the problem and provided a clear estimate before starting the repair. I would highly recommend Levi and Ted's Air, Plumbing, & Electric.
