Incredible experience with Ted’s (plumbing this time) and specifically Daniel. Thorough, knowledgeable, involved me on the walk through maintenance visit (plan by the way!), honest, and great overall demeanor. He taught me things about my own home and system that I was unaware of, and educated me on several factors that are important to having a long-lasting and “healthy” plumbing system.
