Tom and Chris showed up at 10 a.m. this morning, walked me through all the things we could do to fix the issues we're having with our current HVAC system. Incredible experience with Ted’s (plumbing this time) and specifically Daniel. Thorough, knowledgeable, involved me on the walk through maintenance visit (plan by the way!), honest, and great overall demeanor. He taught me things about my own home and system that I was unaware of, and educated me on several factors that are important to having a long-lasting and “healthy” plumbing system. Can’t recommend Ted’s (and Daniel) enough!
