Nathan has excellent communication skills. He explained everything carefully and thoroughly and showed me pictures of the problem areas. He is also very conscientious about cleaning up the work area.

If your looking for professional courteous service look no further you've found it. I'm a building maintenance man for a private Christian school several hours away in another county. Ted's hvac installed 7 new large AC units for our school and made several trips to install and start up our new equipment. We had an issue with one unit not shutting down fast enough for the fire alarm. Our main technician Corey made multiple calls to manufacturer and was able to fix the problem. Was around multiple technicians with this company and all were very professional and top notch installers. Can't thank Ted's hvac enough for their help.
