I brought a New HAVC in May and have had a couple of problems, like today found out the system was not taken out of test for defrost system. Thankfully Kendell was very transparent and l walk me through all that he did. I am very pleased with him and the crew that comes out when I have a problem.

He arrived right on time, inspected the entire system thoroughly, and explained what he was doing throughout the process. Kendall was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Grant and Nathan installed a complete new water piping system, replacing thinning copper piping with plastic. The work involved installing countless unions, elbows and T's. I was expecting a couple of minor leaks to show up but none have.
They also replaced several unions in my main sewer line.
The work was done well, the testing thorough and the clean up was excellent.
I'm pleased with the service I received.
