Plumbing Maintenance
Plumbing Maintenance (1x/year)
- Inspect and flush water heater
- Inspect visible pipes for leaks
- Ensure toilets flush properly
- Inspect garbage disposal operation
- Check water pressure
- Check drainage in sinks and sewers
- Inspect main water shut-off valve condition
- Inspect laundry hoses and shut-offs
- Check drainage of washing machines
- Provide complimentary toilet flappers
- Inspect water filtration system (if applicable)
- Clear up to 2 slow drains
- Replace sediment filter (if provided by customer)
- Clean sink aerators (if needed)
- Test water quality
- Perform a free main sewer line inspection with a camera
- Inspect accessible walls/ceilings for minor water stains
- Inspect sump pump (if applicable)

- Inspect blower wheel
- Check refrigerant levels
- Inspect exposed ductwork for leaks
- Check motor operation and bearings
- Inspect electrical wiring, capacitors, disconnects, contactors, and relays
- Record supply and return temperature differences
- Filter inspection and replacement (if provided by customer)
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Inspect furnace operation (if applicable)
- Check thermostat operation
- Clean and treat condensate drain system
- Clean outdoor coil
- Perform indoor air quality test
- Inspect inside of ductwork
- Check temperature difference across the system
- Inspect accesible indoor coil
- Inspect integrity of the flue pipe
- Replace missing screws
- Wipe outdoor unit
