Omar provided absolute five-star service today from Ted's Air, Plumbing, & Electric. He was incredibly thorough, kind, and patient, taking the time to explain the entire A/C process clearly. Over the past month Ted’s has become family to us. We had a challenging and very frustrating situation with our electric company during our HVAC install and they went above and beyond to keep us comfortable during the wait. I hope I don’t miss anyone that helped during our install but I can’t thank them all enough for the professionalism and kindness shown to us. Our technician Carson was very professional and friendly. He showed me pictures and talked me through each one explaining the issues. Our tankless water heater was intermittently displaying a fault code causing it to stop heating. Levi Strader from Ted's was able to diagnose and replace a faulty gas regulator. Levi was very professional and courteous. He kept of informed of everything he was doing to diagnose the problem and provided a clear estimate before starting the repair.
