Waiting for a motor to come in so it can be installed in the air handler.. it is 21 degrees this morning and we are doing the best we can to stay warm . Hope it comes in today and it gets installed. Cold weather expected all weekend. Ivan was nice and was very knowledgeable..

Ted’s Plumbing and Electric gave me superb service. Kendall was awesome and very professional. He explained everything he was doing to me. He told me how each component works. He was very thorough. I will continue to use Ted’s for my HVAC needs.

We had a massive water leak at 7:00 pm two nights ago, literally right after having our crawl space professionally encapsulated. We made one phone call to Ted’s and Nathan and Levi were there within an hour. Not only did they get there quickly, they also shared multiple options with me and were able to get my water back on in no time. I have them coming back in two weeks to install a water filtration system. Thank you Levi and Nathan for the 5 star experience.

Kendall did a great job. He explained my heating issue in terms That I understood. He went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met. Ive had systems installed by Ted's HVAC. Never disappointed i would recommend Ted's for anyone needing HVAC work.

Ted’s recently replaced my HVAC, duct work and upgraded my electrical. They always showed on time, communicated well, were professional and clean. Ted even came out himself and added an additional outdoor outlet for us, with no charge. So incredibly grateful to support this local business in Roxboro. Kendall came out to our home another time for some installs and was quick, communicative and professional.

Kendall did a fantastic job of examining and diagnosing our problem. He was very knowledgeable, dedicated to his work, and worked efficiently. Kendall also didn't mind our lively young dog, which was so appreciated!

This was a Ted’s Club plumbing visit (no charge) for our plan. Nathan was good as gold. Adjusted our Ted's installed shower, no extra charge. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience. Honest, thorough, forthright, personable. Estimate in hand for near future work. So satisfied.

We originally expected a 2 day install for both Air and Heating systems (2 each) but Ted’s sent out 2 crews to have it completed in one day. They were so pleasant to work with. Just had my plumbing inspection and review with Nathan. He did very thorough job and found two issues with my hot water heater that needed to be brought up to code. Important when one lives in a 75 year old home. Ted’s service as usual was top notch. Great group of technicians and I recommend them highly!

The service I received today is my initial plumbing inspection. My inspector Daniel was courteous, and professional. He did a very thorough inspection. He was eager to answer all questions and gave good advice. I haven’t seen customer service like this for many years! I highly recommend Ted’s HVAC Service.

DAVID was wonderful. Was very easy to talk to and kept things simple so that I could understand it. He was also willing to work with me on my timeline. He also helped explain the financing very well which made me more comfortable. He’s a great guy!

New update: Nathan came by today for annual plumbing maintenance. Very friendly and explained every part of the plan and what we found along the way. As with James, when Nathan called for the 30-minute warning, he asked if I needed any snacks or drinks. That's a nice unique way for Ted's HVAC to work with their customers.

This is my final review for Ted's and I still rate it a five star company. My new hearing system was installed by Seth and Cam. It is working perfectly. They were two young men who proved to be incredibly professional, hardworking, and dedicated to doing an exceptional job. They knew the Diakin system very well and were able to explain things to me in detail. They worked for 12 straight hours without complaint. The next day Seth returned to make some final adjustments and do some fine tuning. I hope their employer knows what hard workers they are. So Ted's HVAC was a completely new company for me and ended up providing routine maintenance, recommending a new system, and installing it all within several days. I plan to continue with this company for a long time and believe that I can trust them to do their best for their customers. They have excellent employees.

I brought a New HAVC in May and have had a couple of problems, like today found out the system was not taken out of test for defrost system. Thankfully Kendell was very transparent and l walk me through all that he did. I am very pleased with him and the crew that comes out when I have a problem.

I am very satisfied of there service .Kendall Rodriguez was very professional and punctual and friendly.it would be a great idea .to get this company to work on your unit ..he is great heating & air guy. the other heating and air company halls .is great to..he will try to explain what he is doing to the heating and air conditioning unit ..to help you understand what he is doing. i called two other heating and air conditioning guys & plumbing..no reply back..thank you Ted's Hvac , .they are a 10 all the way .they dont look down on you if you are on disability or the way you dress or if you can't hear to good.

My experience with The HVAC was awesome. They too me through every step, answer all the questions and assured me that I was making the right decision. They also worked around my schedule . Ted's HVAC cleaned the debre and showed me everything I needed to know. They were so couristy and polite.

Ted's was very helpful in working through our HVAC issues. Ivan came out and performed troubleshooting. He was able to get the system back in service and explained that he had to make temporary changes to do so. He also followed up to order the parts needed and gave an accurate expected time to return for making permanent repairs. He did a great job explaining the issues and working towards a resolution. He was very professional as well. The scheduling staff also worked to get him here quickly once they were contacted.

My heat stopped working the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Although the after hours / scheduling service was very frustrating, when the technician arrived Kendall was kind, thorough and restored my heat within a few hours.

Great “maintenance check.” The plumbers were respectful and careful. They flushed the water heater and evaluated a couple of nagging problems for us. This was our first experience with Ted’s plumbing. Nathan and LJ were great!
