Kail did a great job quickly detecting what was with our system. He came up with a plan to get it back running again. Kail kept me up to date on the progress the he and Omar were making. I definitely recommend Ted 's! There service is of exceptional quality and the men are always courteous and respectful. James did an awesome job inspecting our heater. He is also very pleasant, personable and explained things to us in layman's terms. Very much enjoyed his visit.

Great communication before the appointment, through the visit and then afterwards. The transparency while onsite was something I’ve never seen before from an HVAC company.

Grant was courteous and expedient. He has a great working knowledge about plumbing that enabled him to quote different choices about each problem area. So I could choose what I needed today and I can plan what is important to repair, but not urgent. He really took his time to evaluate problems in 3 bathrooms and on three levels. He actually completed 3 tasks, and made recommendations for another 3, we can consider next time. Maybe after Christmas next year. I would recommend him to anyone with drainage problems or flushing issues or leaks. He responded quickly- came out the very next day! His charges for today was very reasonable. Thank you Grant! I brought a New HAVC in May and have had a couple of problems, like today found out the system was not taken out of test for defrost system. Thankfully Kendell was very transparent and l walk me through all that he did. I am very pleased with him and the crew that comes out when I have a problem.

Grant and Nathan installed a complete new water piping system, replacing thinning copper piping with plastic. The work involved installing countless unions, elbows and T's. I was expecting a couple of minor leaks to show up but none have. They also replaced several unions in my main sewer line. The work was done well, the testing thorough and the clean up was excellent. I'm pleased with the service I received.

Recently had Ted’s do an install on a new hvac unit and complete duct work replacement of my home. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I am very pleased and have peace of mind knowing Ted’s did the install. Top quality people and company!

I had a leak in my crawl space and Grant came and took care of it after hours. The price seemed reasonable and he was very professional.

My experience with The HVAC was awesome. They too me through every step, answer all the questions and assured me that I was making the right decision. They also worked around my schedule . Ted's HVAC cleaned the debre and showed me everything I needed to know. They were so couristy and polite.

Ted's was very helpful in working through our HVAC issues. Ivan came out and performed troubleshooting. He was able to get the system back in service and explained that he had to make temporary changes to do so. He also followed up to order the parts needed and gave an accurate expected time to return for making permanent repairs. He did a great job explaining the issues and working towards a resolution. He was very professional as well. The scheduling staff also worked to get him here quickly once they were contacted.

Every single person that we have had contact with or that has come to work at the house 100% lives up to the company motto! The company's core values are the reason I hired them 3 and 1/2 years ago for some duct repair and a mini split installation when we moved in. And it's the reason why I automatically called them back when we finally needed a brand new system installed. From customer service to repairs, to Sean and Obed's installation to super thorough cleaning and maintenance, to Chris' patient explanation of finances and guidance for decisions , the whole team who worked with us is without a fail polite, professional, super patient and friendly. Even when I'm probably driving them crazy with a fickle noise that comes up without warning, they come check it out and keep at it with customer satisfaction as the number one priority. Sure, maybe there are companies that cost a bit less because of less overhead (but it's helpful that Ted's offers easy payment plans too ) yet the competence, reliability and integrity are worth it!

Made a call to Ted's that morning when they opened, LJ the plumber called me back a few minutes later said he would be at my house in 20 minutes, which he did. Today was my first experience with Ted's and it won't be my last for sure! Ted's took over the company I was using before, so I was willing to try them out. Nathan and Grant came out to do the annual plumbing inspection and flush the water heater, which is included as part of the monthly club service. We bought our A/C unit that has heat also less then 90 days ago. The first night that we needed our heat it did not work Kali came and he left and we still have no heat

Incredible experience with Ted’s (plumbing this time) and specifically Daniel. Thorough, knowledgeable, involved me on the walk through maintenance visit (plan by the way!), honest, and great overall demeanor. He taught me things about my own home and system that I was unaware of, and educated me on several factors that are important to having a long-lasting and “healthy” plumbing system. Can’t recommend Ted’s (and Daniel) enough!

I met the technician at my home for my yearly HVAC inspection. I felt he understood the system. There was one item that need to be cleaned and he did so. I would use Teds HVAC again.

We had Grant come out to do our plumbing inspection. He offered to get us breakfast and coffee, now that's customer service. He did a great job and also fixed a lingering faucet issue. So overall great service and I would highly recommend using them.

I had a large chandelier that did not work for years.. he repaired in no time.. there were multiple electrician that attempted to repair but no success…he also repaired ours flood flight .. he was great!! Excellent experience with Ted’s. Had both exhaust fans replaced in our bathroom and they sent out an electrician named Kendall. He was prompt and very professional. There was some fabrication required and he mastered it perfectly. Highly recommend Ted’s and request Kendall for ANY electrical work. 5 Star Experience!

We had Omar out on 9/30 for our HVAC maintenance. The office kept us updated on his arrival and he let me know he was on his way, and was prompt, professional and friendly. He checked everything relating to our system, went over what he found with pictures, and gave us some info on how to improve our system, but without the heavy sales pitch you get from some companies. This visit didn’t cost us anything as we are part of a maintenance plan and it has saved us money and found issues in our other HVAC systems before they got bad. It’s definitely a good deal! We like Ted’s and have been customers for years now, and will always recommend them.

I had LJ coming for plumbing maintenance and he did a great job checking everything. He ended up identifying a leak in my water heater, which had to be replaced and promptly prepared a quote and offered to take care of the issue the same day. All with extreme professionalism and in a friendly way without pushing for anything. He ended up installing the new heater and did an excellent job keeping me updated about the progress and responding to my questions. On top of that he tested my water after I demonstrate interest in a filtration system for my house. He guided me through the process and explained that my water was within ideal levels for chlorine and some other parameters, reason why he thought a filtration system wasn't necessary, unless I really wanted one. Super pleased with the approach and customer focus. I will definitely recommend Ted's to everyone I know. Thanks LJ for your service and professionalism! Well done!

Still a 5 ⭐️ We had LJ, Antonio and Bruce come to the house for maintenance. Customer service is great and they are very thorough. They had me walk with them as they went through the house to go over any questions or concerns we may have had. Customer service is top notch! We had a new TRANE HVAC system installed in our home and cleaning maintenance on our unit in the shed. Every employee that I have talked with has been very kind and knowledgeable. Kail did a great job. My issue was fairly simple, but not at all obvious as to what the problem was. He diagnosed the problem, consulted with his supervisor to come up with a solution, and made sure that I understood what the problem and solution were.

Workers are always cordial. Had a toilet replaced, toilet was 210, labor was 700. I think it was overpriced for labor.

Ted’s HVAC responded quickly to my call, made the diagnosis of problem and completed the repair. Very pleased with this company and employee Sam Hall. Repair was for hot water heater.

I called after hours on a Friday upon arriving home and discovering my air conditioner was not working. Someone answered and took my information. He promptly called me back to tell me someone would be coming out tonight. Jose and Omar called and then arrived around 9:00. They were here until 10:00. Jose showed me pictures of what was wrong and of him flushing the line and what was in it. He did a great job of explaining things and educating me on ways to prevent it. We also discussed the service plans that can possibly prevent things like this. This is a great company. They have installed units for me and always done an awesome job. Thank you guys for your hard work.

LJ came by to repair a broken propane line cut while having our septic system serviced. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly. I especially appreciated that he was proactive in checking for leaks not only on his completed work, but also at the shut-off valve on the tank which he did not need to do. Fortunately he did though because there was a small leak we never would have known about. Looking forward to working more with Ted's in the future! Highly recommend based on this experience.

Kail and Brayden came out and were very nice and respectful. They did a great job on checking the a/c system with looking around and also hooking up gauges to read pressures. They were very informative to my husband on what they were checking. They found my coils needed to be cleaned which I agreed to. They cleaned the coils. I only have one issue and that's the price to clean the coils because the process is remove a cover, spray the chemical on the coil, wait for foaming action and rinse with water & put the cover back on. I saved $75 dollars being on Ted's Plan, but I was charged over $300 for this process. I felt that procedure shouldn't be more that $125. Overall the two guys were great young men and I wouldn't mind working with them in the future.

Corey and cam came out to install my new unit. Corey kept me well informed of what was going on throughout the process with time frames and how things were going. The one issue they had with a board they let me know about and then came back the next day to replace and I am very pleased with their service. They went over how to program the thermostat and how to change the dust filter in the attic.

Chris & Ryan were extremely helpful with finding the best option for a full replacement system top to bottom. They were friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable turning a very bad situation into a stress-free, amazing one. Corey & Omar were out the next morning to begin the tear our and install of the old system and there are no words that would do justice to the friendly, knowledgeable and diligent way they approached the job. This was a truly awesome experience and will use them for any other issues that arise in the future, giving them a 10 out of 10 doesn't do it justice, thank you to the TED team, you all are hands d9wn THE BEST!!!

He was very thorough and discovered a leak in my condenser which I wasn’t happy with, but hey, I had heard a sound from there and that corroborated what he said so there was no doubt. In a continuation of services from a lightning strike and aging components in our house, we had Chris Hayes and Ryan to our home to talk about replacing an out of code electrical panel and a 17 year old hvac unit. Chris had done some homework and knew basically what we needed before he even came to the house. He asked great questions about our needs and wants. He and Ryan took great care to tell us how important it was that we were happy and gave us several options. So far, the customer service received from Ted's has been exceptional. Both Chris and Ryan were professional and personable. We will be scheduling services to have these units replaced very soon and look forward to working with the rest of the team.

Had a toilet replaced earlier this year and had a issue last weekend. Parts were under warranty and while Grant was here, he checked my faucets and water heater. Always thorough and professional service!

Kail came out and checked the thermostat, then the heatpump very thoroughly. Found the problem and fixed it. Then checked the inside vents. Was very professional and forthright. Did a good job!

I called Ted’s HVAC Service because of their excellent reviews. They are Google assured (?). My AC was not functioning. It was 79 deg in my house. After talking with Kail and Chris, Corey came to install the entire system. It took 2 days and he worked very hard and explained every step. He had both technical and practical knowledge. The days were very hot. The system works flawlessly. I happily have recommended Ted’s to neighbors and family. Thank you, Corey.

We had a lightning strike that caused some damage to part of our panel box and A/C unit. Kendall came out even though it was getting late and stayed until he had everything working again. He was thorough and explained things as he worked to make sure we understood. He left us with some recommendations for things that will need attention in the near future and we did not feel pressured. We will be using their services again in the future.
