I recently had a water softener system installed by LJ and Nathan. LJ was extremely knowledgeable about the system and explained how it worked and how to maintain the system long term. As always they wore booties and cleaned up after the install leaving no evidence of their visit. I love the system and couldn’t be happier with the Ted’s team! Sherry

In this day & age it’s so refreshing to deal with a company that not only does outstanding work but treats people with utmost respect when entering their home. They have been handling my electrical, & HVAC system for a few years now. More recently the plumbing service has been added to my home service as well. The young men that come out to my home are always kind, efficient & even allow an older lady a few minutes to share a story. This company trains their young men very well & I’m so thankful for them.

Also to mention I had gotten 4 quotes in that same day and Ted’s was the most flexible and still had a better price! Chris came out to figure out why my unit is not working correctly. He realized the unit just needed a cleaning, and the capacitor was low so I went ahead and had that replaced so it wouldn't cause any issues later. I was pleased with the work and how things went.

I have always had a great experience with Ted’s. I had my annual service recently, Kendall(electrical), LJ and Nathan(plumbing). They gave great service and conducted theirselves professionally. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to ensure you understand everything completely before any work is done. The work quality is also great, I had a new sump pump and water heater installed and I was satisfied with all of the work completed. Highly recommend! There is no after hours we are paying monthly for service and they were suppose to come Friday to perform regular maintenance and didn't show now 24 hours later our unit quit and their is no one to call until Monday. Its Saturday!!! It is Thursday and I am a little late on my update. I found out that the 24/7 service had been cancelled some time age and they sent out a notice to costumers email ( I believe mine is wrong in their system). The technician came out and solved our issue whole doing regular PM Monday afternoon. The staff have been very sincere and apologetic for the hole issue which seems more of a misunderstanding I think more on my part. I am changing my review to 5 stars. But I do wish they would consider in the future to go back to 24/7 emergency service, there are a few companies the do off the service in Roxboro area . I will say that every technician we have dealt with have been exceptional.

Jairo and Wesley provided exceptional service on our HVAC. They were professional, knowledgeable and understanding. We had working AC in no time.

Would highly recommend Ted's! Jairo and Wesley came to my home today and walked through my original concern and showed me videos so I didnt have to go under the house too. They also found my duct work to be leaking water at the seams and some other preventive maintenance issues that should be addressed on our AC unit. They were very thorough and respectful of our home and even offered to carry in a large package that was on my porch. Great customer service, knowledgeable, quick to get on the schedule and same day quotes.

Dustin, the electrician, did a fantastic job of troubleshooting and locating the problem, a bad WAGO connector. He did it in a methodical and efficient manner. While doing so he was friendly and professional. I will definitely be using this company again!

I made a recent post on their great electrical service. Well, today my water quit working about 6 PM. Even though it was after hours , hey sent out Grant and Ethen, they worked until 11 PM, installing a new well pump and wire. Super courteous, amazing services.

Kendall provided excellent service and helped me get power to my outside outlet. He cleaned fans and tightened bulbs.

5/29/25..Kail returned today for our routine HVAC maintenance and like before he was very friendly and professional..He explained everything he did and even showed pictures he took..All of Ted's workers are always super nice, very well mannered and don't look like they just rolled out of bed..As always we appreciate the great service and are proud to be Ted club members.. 12/2024..Kail came out today for routine hvac maintenance; super friendly and professional! He noticed we had a plumbing issue under the house so they sent plumbers Grant and Josh out and they had us fixed up in no time..All three of these guys are very smart and so well mannered..I can never say enough good things about this company.. Update 7/17/24..Had both our plumbing and HVAC serviced today..Hunter and Sam were so friendly, professional, and know what they are doing..It is so refreshing to see young ambitious people with such good work ethics..Everyone that has ever worked with us from there, including Grant, has been so well mannered and polite..We will never use anyone else.. Jose came out and reviewed my problems with me and provided 3 separate options in great detail so I could fully understand what was available to solve my problem. Within a few days of my decision, Seth and Obed came out and replaced my ductwork and zoned my home in a way that provides more comfort. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace of their presence. All three of these guys were professional in their appearance and their skills. The Tech Talked To Me About pricing Amounts Before They Pulled My Well Pump. They Replaced The Pump And Wires The Following Morning, Worked To Get The Job Done Fast And Neat. I would like to extend my gratitude to Ted and his crew. I was in dire need and so they willingly cared for my RV electrical issues with deep empathy and compassion for my situation even though they don't usually work on them. When I tried to hire companies to come out, they wanted to charge me upwards of $180. an hour just to estimate the issue before even doing any work, but Ted gave me a free estimate and also serviced my electrical at a very fair price. I expected it to be on the expensive side but I also knew that I couldn't have gotten a better outcome anywhere else with such friendly service to boot. It was a pleasure to have Justin McCowan work on our HVAC thermostat issues. He explained issues in terms we were able to understand. He ordered a new thermostat to replace the faulty one. He replaced as soon as new thermostat became available. Justin explained that parts and labor were covered by the warranty. He also encouraged us to call with any additional questions or concerns. Justin is very thorough and professional.

Justin did a fantastic job servicing my system! He was knowledgeable and skilled, and also personable and kind! He carefully explained what he was doing every step of the way. He appropriately set my expectations for when I could expect the part to be received and the final repair to be done. He was respectful of my home, and while he was very entertaining to talk to, his conversation did not interfere with the work he was there to do. He was very efficient And professional. His brother Christian also works for Ted’s and has done a service call for me, and his level of service is just as good as his brothers. In fact, in the years since Ted’s installed my system, every technician they have sent out has been exceptional. In the five years since they have installed my 3-zone Variable-speed Trane heat pump, their level of support has been incredible.

I met the technician at my home for my yearly HVAC inspection. I felt he understood the system. There was one item that need to be cleaned and he did so. I would use Teds HVAC again.

Jose was great! Kept me informed as to what he was doing/suggesting and why. I appreciated how he used photos to show me what needed changing and why. Above and beyond.

The guys at Ted's were able to get us a new system installed before the summer heat started kicking in. They had requoted a system that we were looking at last year and once we decided to move forward we they were at our house in a few days. The installation crew was at the house for two days and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced our old system and added zoning for the upstairs and downstairs. They made sure to clean up and were quick to answer questions if we had any. If you're looking for a new system or just annual maintenance I highly recommend using Ted's.

Over all I had a good experience when I call the receptionist where very proud and respectful helpful she got me a same day appointment the technician Christian was amazing very knowledgeable friendly he came on time he started working right away and he knew what he was doing and did not hesitate to give me advice and clean after him self will recommend 100%

I have had electrical work, plumbing, everyone was polite and very professional. I got an estimate first and they explained everything also they allowed me to make a decision without continuous calling or texting.

We use Ted’s on a regular basis for HVAC checkups, so when our toilet broke and we needed it replaced, we called Ted’s. Jose and Wesley went above and beyond to go under the house to check the subfloor, and checked every plumbing connection for leaks, as well as our hot water heater before selling us anything. The subfloor was damaged and needed to be replaced so once we got that fixed, we had them come out and put in a new toilet as well as a new water heater. Grant was very polite and efficient and got both the toilet and the water heater installed while being respectful of the fact that I work from home. Every Ted’s technician is incredibly friendly and especially neat and tidy. Thank you!
