Ted's HVAC is one of the most customer centric companies I've ever worked with. The great experience started with the friendly greeting from Grant at the door, to a thorough explanation of what the tech is there to look at. He then went to show me the details of the problem which were extensive, where we had code issues, how to fix & called my husband right then to explain details. We were helping my 93 y.o. aunt & he was so kind & gracious to answer questions that were repeated several times for her understanding. He was polite & respectful, something I rarely see from service techs of his age. Thank you Ted's for employing wonderful young people to carry out great technical service & customer care. Great experience!

Kendall was great I was without power since the 15th and they came in and got me back to where I have power and can stay in my house again.

AC Unit was tripping the breaker. Jose was prompt and took me through the process of ruling things out. He also provided me with options. Will definitely call again the next time I have issues.
