UPDATE July 9 2026. Resident of Hyco Lake. Called them Monday and came out Wednesday morning. Swapped out all oulets damaged by the storm by 1133 AM. He is even going to check on neigbors..end of update.made a recent post on their great electrical service. Well, today my water quit working about 6 PM. Even though it was after hours , hey sent out Grant and Ethen, they worked until 11 PM, installing a new well pump and wire. Super courteous, amazing services.

Great service as always with Ted’s. Kendall resolved my AC issue very quickly. He was very professional and listened to my concerns.

My system was 38 yrs old. They got to me quick and got my unit to where it would cool the house the next day.

Brendan has been very communicative and professional. Our only disappointment is that the brand new system needed a part with a 7-10 day arrival time.
