Grant was absolutely fabulous. Took care of our issue quickly and professionally! Very courteous and explained every step of the process. Will definitely rely on them again! Jose came to assist and was just as courteous and knowledgeable.

The guys at Ted's were able to get us a new system installed before the summer heat started kicking in. They had requoted a system that we were looking at last year and once we decided to move forward we they were at our house in a few days. The installation crew was at the house for two days and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced our old system and added zoning for the upstairs and downstairs. They made sure to clean up and were quick to answer questions if we had any. If you're looking for a new system or just annual maintenance I highly recommend using Ted's.

I appreciate how Ted's stands behind their work. Wesley came out and troubleshot a complicated wiring problem in some 40 y.o. wiring and got everything working and safe.

Over all I had a good experience when I call the receptionist where very proud and respectful helpful she got me a same day appointment the technician Christian was amazing very knowledgeable friendly he came on time he started working right away and he knew what he was doing and did not hesitate to give me advice and clean after him self will recommend 100%

I have had electrical work, plumbing, everyone was polite and very professional. I got an estimate first and they explained everything also they allowed me to make a decision without continuous calling or texting.

Jose was very helpful in explaining what was working well with our HVAC system along with the different issues we were having. He gave us options for what might best work for us and helped us to schedule the necessary work.

And I’m having three of my faucets replaced …opting for the higher arc faucets, helpful if you’re trying to water your plants. Grant is very patient and knowledgeable. He is very thorough and trustworthy. Cameron and Corey did a great job with my new heating and ac system. So glad to have a reliable company doing work in my house!
