I made a recent post on their great electrical service. Well, today my water quit working about 6 PM. Even though it was after hours , hey sent out Grant and Ethen, they worked until 11 PM, installing a new well pump and wire. Super courteous, amazing services.

Kendall provided excellent service and helped me get power to my outside outlet. He cleaned fans and tightened bulbs.

He noticed we had a plumbing issue under the house so they sent plumbers Grant and Josh out and they had us fixed up in no time..All three of these guys are very smart and so well mannered..I can never say enough good things about this company.. After a Ted’s Club preventive maintenance review it was determined I had some ductwork issues. Jose came out and reviewed my problems with me and provided 3 separate options in great detail so I could fully understand what was available to solve my problem. Within a few days of my decision, Seth and Obed came out and replaced my ductwork and zoned my home in a way that provides more comfort. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace of their presence. All three of these guys were professional in their appearance and their skills. I would like to extend my gratitude to Ted and his crew. I was in dire need and so they willingly cared for my RV electrical issues with deep empathy and compassion for my situation even though they don't usually work on them. When I tried to hire companies to come out, they wanted to charge me upwards of $180. an hour just to estimate the issue before even doing any work, but Ted gave me a free estimate and also serviced my electrical at a very fair price. I expected it to be on the expensive side but I also knew that I couldn't have gotten a better outcome anywhere else with such friendly service to boot. It was a pleasure to have Justin McCowan work on our HVAC thermostat issues. He explained issues in terms we were able to understand. He ordered a new thermostat to replace the faulty one. He replaced as soon as new thermostat became available. Justin explained that parts and labor were covered by the warranty. He also encouraged us to call with any additional questions or concerns. Justin is very thorough and professional.

Justin did a fantastic job servicing my system! He was knowledgeable and skilled, and also personable and kind! He carefully explained what he was doing every step of the way. He appropriately set my expectations for when I could expect the part to be received and the final repair to be done. He was respectful of my home, and while he was very entertaining to talk to, his conversation did not interfere with the work he was there to do. He was very efficient And professional. His brother Christian also works for Ted’s and has done a service call for me, and his level of service is just as good as his brothers. In fact, in the years since Ted’s installed my system, every technician they have sent out has been exceptional. In the five years since they have installed my 3-zone Variable-speed Trane heat pump, their level of support has been incredible.

I met the technician at my home for my yearly HVAC inspection. I felt he understood the system. There was one item that need to be cleaned and he did so. I would use Teds HVAC again.

Jose was great! Kept me informed as to what he was doing/suggesting and why. I appreciated how he used photos to show me what needed changing and why. Above and beyond.

The guys at Ted's were able to get us a new system installed before the summer heat started kicking in. They had requoted a system that we were looking at last year and once we decided to move forward we they were at our house in a few days. The installation crew was at the house for two days and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced our old system and added zoning for the upstairs and downstairs. They made sure to clean up and were quick to answer questions if we had any. If you're looking for a new system or just annual maintenance I highly recommend using Ted's.

We use Ted’s on a regular basis for HVAC checkups, so when our toilet broke and we needed it replaced, we called Ted’s. Jose and Wesley went above and beyond to go under the house to check the subfloor, and checked every plumbing connection for leaks, as well as our hot water heater before selling us anything. The subfloor was damaged and needed to be replaced so once we got that fixed, we had them come out and put in a new toilet as well as a new water heater. Grant was very polite and efficient and got both the toilet and the water heater installed while being respectful of the fact that I work from home. Every Ted’s technician is incredibly friendly and especially neat and tidy. Thank you!

The team that installed my hvac was efficient, communicated well about timing, and cleaned up everything so well. My new system works great and I can already notice a massive difference in air quality.

Ethan was the tech that did our regular maintenance today. He did an excellent job. Worked diligently and responded promptly and clearly to a few questions I had.

We were very impressed with Grant Meiggs and Nathan Bradsher with their performance and professionalism. Grant did an excellent job fixing the water leak. Grant also did a whole house inspection and pointed out some potential problems. Will definitely be using Ted’s Plumbing in the future.

So impressed with the service we received today from Ted’s Plumbing. Did not expect anyone to come today as I didn’t call til after 3 pm. The nice lady said someone would be here within the hour. Grant and Cameron came and checked everything thoroughly. We thought we needed a new water pump, but they found we needed a new hot water heater and pressure tank. Water was literally pouring from our hot water heater, causing our pump to continuously run. We just knew they wouldn’t be able to fix this for several days, but they left and got the new hot water heater and pressure tank, came back and installed it within a few hours. Grant and Cameron were so professional, courteous and knowledgeable and we can’t thank you guys enough. You should be proud having these young men working for you. And we know Ted personally, and we know he is trustworthy. This company is the best!

Jose and Joel did an outstanding job replacing my well pump. My pump went out one day and we had no water supply for more than 24 hours. We called several places to find someone to find the problem. Everyone was too busy to respond but Ted’s recognized the problem were arrived the same day and made the repair in about two hours. What a relief that was. I would highly recommend Ted’s HVAC on your plumbing need as well.

LJ came out to check our home for a possible leak after the water bill showed a somewhat alarming increase in use. He was friendly and asked several detailed questions before setting out to inspect. He checked the meter and showed me there was no water being used at that moment. He checked all inside appliances that used water; sinks, dishwasher, etc and payed extra attention to the bathrooms. He also checked outside faucets and went under the house to inspect the hot water heater. While he determined there was no obvious substantial leaks, he did notice that the hot water heater was leaking and beginning to rust. We really appreciate his expertise in this area and look forward to working with Teds HVAC for all of our plumbing issues in the future!

Thorough work. Excellent communication from both office and service providers on site. We used Ted's for many years, but stopped when they raised their prices. But we were so dissatisfied with the new HVAC service company that we went back to Ted's after only one year. In the interim, they had actually reduced the new prices and are back in line with most other HVAC service providers. We feel much more comfortable returning to Ted's whom we trust.

Even though he couldn't find the problem today, he promised he would do some research to try and determine the source of the issue. He had a servant's heart and it showed. What a blessing to see a company that cares about its customers more than the bottom line!
