If your looking for professional courteous service look no further you've found it. I'm a building maintenance man for a private Christian school several hours away in another county. Ted's hvac installed 7 new large AC units for our school and made several trips to install and start up our new equipment. We had an issue with one unit not shutting down fast enough for the fire alarm. Our main technician Corey made multiple calls to manufacturer and was able to fix the problem. Was around multiple technicians with this company and all were very professional and top notch installers. Can't thank Ted's hvac enough for their help.

Ted's was very helpful in working through our HVAC issues. Ivan came out and performed troubleshooting. He was able to get the system back in service and explained that he had to make temporary changes to do so. He also followed up to order the parts needed and gave an accurate expected time to return for making permanent repairs. He did a great job explaining the issues and working towards a resolution. He was very professional as well. The scheduling staff also worked to get him here quickly once they were contacted.

We had a wonderful experience with Ted’s HVAC. We bought 2 new Ac units & one mini split. Installe was done in 3 short days. we had two service gentlemen come out each day to Work. He came back with several plans on what should be upgraded and taken into serious consideration. We chose a plan and had the tank with bladder replaced. He had one in his truck. All plans were presented on an iPad and then emailed. There was no pressure sale to do anything. Plumbing is pricey, but in range of expectations. Nathan replaced the tank. The whole process beginning to end was 6 hours. It was a pleasure to work with him. The office is also very imformative and easy to work with. Thank you.

We recently had our biannual HVAC maintenance service completed by Kendall, who was both friendly and highly knowledgeable. He invited us to walk through the inspection with him, clearly explaining his findings and why they mattered. Given that our units are 10 years old, there were several issues to review. At the end of the visit, he took the time to thoroughly go over everything he found and offered thoughtful, well-reasoned recommendations without any pressure to choose one solution over another. When we mentioned that we were also exploring alternative options, he was supportive and emphasized that he was available to help in any way we needed. We appreciated his honesty and felt that his recommendations were grounded in safety, practicality, and a clear understanding of our priorities.

Of course 😄 our rental property lost water Friday before the snow. We call Saturday and they absolutely could not come out Saturday, they stated they would be out in Monday. We recently purchased a system in July and have been very happy with the purchase and our service with TEDS. When the cold spell hit we struggled for two days trying to figure out why our new system was not keeping us warm so we called Ted’s. James made it to our door at 5:30PM, a very respectful young man, crawled under the house in the snow and fell on the ice but made sure our heater was working. He made a lasting impression on my husband and myself, I love his integrity and essence. He did show us a video he took while under the house as to why the pistons(?) weren't firing which he fixed. We felt so blessed to have James in our home.

They showed up on time, introduced themselves, kept us informed throughout the process, tested and retested the system to their satisfaction and taught us about the system. We could not ask for better service. Corey King and his team were professional, worked diligently and left us feeling very satisfied with the decision to go with Ted’s HVAC.

Kail Ring resolved what thankfully turned out to be a minor issue that was causing one of our heat pumps to not work during this extreme cold weather… He was professional kind, efficient, knowledgeable, And communicate communicated the problem and the solution extremely well! We had a massive water leak at 7:00 pm two nights ago, literally right after having our crawl space professionally encapsulated. We made one phone call to Ted’s and Nathan and Levi were there within an hour. Not only did they get there quickly, they also shared multiple options with me and were able to get my water back on in no time. I have them coming back in two weeks to install a water filtration system. Thank you Levi and Nathan for the 5 star experience.

Ted’s recently replaced my HVAC, duct work and upgraded my electrical. They always showed on time, communicated well, were professional and clean. Ted even came out himself and added an additional outdoor outlet for us, with no charge. So incredibly grateful to support this local business in Roxboro. Kendall came out to our home another time for some installs and was quick, communicative and professional.

New update: Nathan came by today for annual plumbing maintenance. Very friendly and explained every part of the plan and what we found along the way. As with James, when Nathan called for the 30-minute warning, he asked if I needed any snacks or drinks. That's a nice unique way for Ted's HVAC to work with their customers.

They were two young men who proved to be incredibly professional, hardworking, and dedicated to doing an exceptional job. They knew the Diakin system very well and were able to explain things to me in detail. They worked for 12 straight hours without complaint. The next day Seth returned to make some final adjustments and do some fine tuning. I hope their employer knows what hard workers they are. So Ted's HVAC was a completely new company for me and ended up providing routine maintenance, recommending a new system, and installing it all within several days. I plan to continue with this company for a long time and believe that I can trust them to do their best for their customers. They have excellent employees.

Kail did a great job quickly detecting what was with our system. He came up with a plan to get it back running again. Kail kept me up to date on the progress the he and Omar were making. I definitely recommend Ted 's! There service is of exceptional quality and the men are always courteous and respectful. James did an awesome job inspecting our heater. He is also very pleasant, personable and explained things to us in layman's terms. Very much enjoyed his visit.

Great communication before the appointment, through the visit and then afterwards. The transparency while onsite was something I’ve never seen before from an HVAC company.

Grant was courteous and expedient. He has a great working knowledge about plumbing that enabled him to quote different choices about each problem area. So I could choose what I needed today and I can plan what is important to repair, but not urgent. He really took his time to evaluate problems in 3 bathrooms and on three levels. He actually completed 3 tasks, and made recommendations for another 3, we can consider next time. Maybe after Christmas next year. I would recommend him to anyone with drainage problems or flushing issues or leaks. He responded quickly- came out the very next day! His charges for today was very reasonable. Thank you Grant! I brought a New HAVC in May and have had a couple of problems, like today found out the system was not taken out of test for defrost system. Thankfully Kendell was very transparent and l walk me through all that he did. I am very pleased with him and the crew that comes out when I have a problem.

Grant and Nathan installed a complete new water piping system, replacing thinning copper piping with plastic. The work involved installing countless unions, elbows and T's. I was expecting a couple of minor leaks to show up but none have. They also replaced several unions in my main sewer line. The work was done well, the testing thorough and the clean up was excellent. I'm pleased with the service I received.
