They showed up on time, introduced themselves, kept us informed throughout the process, tested and retested the system to their satisfaction and taught us about the system. I had Ted's replace my ac unit in 2022 as well as look at some electrical and plumbing needs. March 11th 2024 the company had Paul Foster come out to do my biannual maintenance bc i am a Ted's club member and while doing this he discovered some issues with my ductwork. He contacted his office and they scheduled for someone to come out to give me a quote for the issue. I requested they contact me through text to schedule the appointment and they text me the next business day and was able to work around my schedule to get somone out on my next day off March 8 2024 . They sent out Richard Lovette to complete my estimate. He worked quickly and provided me with a reasonable quote. Both associates that came out were professional, kind, courtious, was willing to answer any questions I had and my experience overall with this company has been great. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing, electrical, or heating and air needs. I recently had Kendall come out to replace an exhaust fan. Very professional, did a great job and didn't take long to complete.

I called Ted’s HVAC Service because of their excellent reviews. They are Google assured (?). My AC was not functioning. It was 79 deg in my house. Kail took a long time to check everything out and then asked many questions to get the entire picture. Kail was knowledgeable ++ and explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. As a result of my conversation with him, Ted’s is solving the HVAC problems. I happily have recommended Ted’s to neighbors and family. Thank you, Kail.

Kendall demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness throughout his service. He promptly arrived on the same day our unit malfunctioned and remained until 8:30 PM to thoroughly assess and discuss all available options for our system.
