The visuals he provided made things easier for me to understand. A plus service. I signed up for Ted’s club that’s very affordable. Paul provided a brochure. I all for saving money while receiving Quality Service. I say Thank you, Thank you to Paul Foster for getting my heat working on a Sunday morning 28 degree weather. Also it didnt cost an arm & leg. Thanks again Paul Foster.

I called after hours on a Friday upon arriving home and discovering my air conditioner was not working. Someone answered and took my information. He promptly called me back to tell me someone would be coming out tonight. Jose and Omar called and then arrived around 9:00. They were here until 10:00. Jose showed me pictures of what was wrong and of him flushing the line and what was in it. He did a great job of explaining things and educating me on ways to prevent it. We also discussed the service plans that can possibly prevent things like this. This is a great company. They have installed units for me and always done an awesome job. Thank you guys for your hard work.
